The Mozilla annual report, called State of Mozilla, will be public on November 11. If your translation, is ready for this date, it will be published and promoted simultaneously as English, but since mozilla.org does continuous deployment, we can of course push your translation whenever it is ready of course. This year the report is on 2 pages but longer pages than last year. The pages on the staging site is there: https://www-demo1.allizom.org/b/es-ES/foundation/annualreport/2011/ https://www-demo1.allizom.org/b/es-ES/foundation/annualreport/2011/faq Note that the pages design is not final but the text content is, so you will probably see visual changes to this page before it becomes public. There are videos linked but they are not available, as soon as we have them, we will probably use the Universal Subtitles service to translate them. There are 2 lang files to translate: https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/fr/foundation/annualreport/2011faq.lang https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/fr/foundation/annualreport/2011.lang As usual, send these translation directly on svn or attach the files to this bug and I will send them myself. Use a pure text editor and make sure the file is saved in UTF8 If you see visual issues for your locale (bad fonts, overflowing content, margins...), please indicate it in this bug. There is one string that has two undefined numerals in the same sentence (we don't have the numbers yet) that may cause problem for locales with complex plurals (Breton, Polish...) but should not be a problem for most of the locales, here it is: Mozillaâs consolidated reported revenue (Mozilla Foundation and all subsidiaries) for 2011 was %(revenue)s million, up approximately %(increase)s percent from 2010. As soon as we get these numbers, I will spread this information so as that you can adjust your sentence if necessary. If you have any problem, don't hesitate to ask me! Thanks Pascal
Hi PR team / PR agencies will translate the FAQ sections and send to you for review. No need for you to start the translation of this. But we will ask you to review, make sure it has the same terminology as all the other copy and hope you can help with the upload. If you have any questions, please ping us at press-eu@mozilla.com Barbara

Hi! @Pascal I just committed the translated file - r110519. I can't have it updated on the demo page, so please let me know everything is OK. @bhueppe please find it attached to this bug and ask the PR agency to check possible translation errors and inconsitencies against it. This is a community-driven localization, reviewed and QA tested by MH contributors. Thanks!

Thanks Inma, the main page is translated. Barbara, what is the status of the FAQ page translated by the agency?
Hi Inma - unfortunately I do not understand your message. Did you submit the FAQ? Barbara

Hi! @Pascal, a couple of fixes are needed: -The text on the Firefox for Android image is out of bounds -"Rápido. Inteligente. Seguro". Could you please fix it? -Additionally, could you remove the & in the heading "SOPA / PIPA & ACTA" and replace it by "y"? @Barbara, did I say I had submitted the FAQ? My message is pretty clear - the agency needs to review its (paid) translation and check it out against our translation to guarantee its quality and accuracy. Please find attached the final version and let me know if you have any questions. Best,

Inma, for the margin problem, I am working on it, will hopefully be fixed tonight. For the "SOPA / PIPA & ACTA", this is in a file I can't modify myself, I need the webdev to approve my change, but you can add it to your file in the form below and it will be picked up automatically when my template change is approved: ;SOPA / PIPA & ACTA SOPA / PIPA y ACTA (Note that until my template change is approved by the webdev, you may have the webdashboard say that you have one exrra string in your file compared to the reference file)

Valerie, there are erroneous strings, either missing or mispelt in English, please provide an update for them: http://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~pascalc/langchecker/?locale=es-ES#foundation/annualreport/2011faq.lang (Note that all these strings are in the source file we provided initially in this bug)

r110646 adds back the 2 acronym tags that are missing in the translation, (ideally those should have been translated too). Let's mark this one fixed.

Hi, Sorry, but I have to reopen this bug. We've seen there's a huge error in the FAQ section: "qué nivel de participación online querrían tener o cfonos inteligentes la melada de deoamosrlossiajoricaciones son libres para usar sus propios sistemas de facturacimacómo participar en el desarrollo de una red mejor" That gibberish doesn't make sense at all, could you please edit the text and correct it? Honestly, I can't see the point of hiring a PR agency whose lack of professionalism and incompetence have been proven over and over again. Please next time you consider assigning a translation task to a third party, ask Mozilla Hispano about it first. This should be a community-based decision. Best,
