Actual results: Mail uses 'Trash' as an 'Inbox' Expected results: should have had a normal inbox and when I delete it should go to Trash

Holland, in comment 0, was this Thunderbird 17 beta? Does it still happen with newer betas? https://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/something_weird-1i7yuo reports something similar. It could be retention settings. If you right+click on folder, properties, retention policy what do you see?
