User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/19.0 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20121029030553 Steps to reproduce: I have two systems, each with Win7, Win8 and Ubuntu. Each system has the current release version and the Nightly versions. So i have 12 installations of firefox in all. Each uses the Firefox sync. But there is no notification in the UI what sync method- "replace device data" or "replace server data" or "merge both" - is being used in that browser. So devices that are used rarely, i forget what sync setting i used last time, and end up resetting the sync with the method "replace device data with sync data" . Please add a notification in the Sync preferences dialogue page/UI that shows what sync method is in use in that device/browser installation. Actual results: No notification for sync method in the Sync UI Expected results: Some notification for the above.
