807339 - Searching with 'www' prefix fail to filter certain cookie

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Open Cookie window, 'Tools\Options\Privacy\Show Cookies...'.
2.  In the 'Search:' box, type 'www.getpersonas.com'


Actual results:

It shows nothing. But if you change the search term to 'getpersonas.com', it will list at lest 4 cookies. There are 2 cookies from host 'www.getpersonas.com' and there are at least 2 cookies from domain '.getpersonas.com'.


Expected results:

The search term 'www.getpersonas.com' should *at least* shows 2 host cookies. Even better if it also shows the other domain cookies.

This can be very confusing from user, especially in the following scenario:
1.  Open Permission Manager window, 'about:permissions'.
2.  In the search box, type 'personas'.
3.  Click 'www.getpersonas.com'.
4.  Under 'Set Cookies' section, it states that '2 cookies are set for this website.'.
5.  Click 'Manage Cookies...' button.
6.  The Cookie window is opened with the 'Search:' is pre-filled with search term
    'www.getpersonas.com', and it shows no cookies.

As you see, this will cause user to scratch his head.

This issue is also reproducible on the latest Firefox 18 Aurora and Firefox 19 Nightly.

Since this functionality is also available in about:permissions when selecting a site and clicking Manage Cookies, the bug is also visible there.

We don't have the cookie manager anymore. This bug is invalid.
