Steps to reproduce:

1.when I input new URL address to urlbar, the urlbar first show old url then show my input new url address after the page load new url page 
2.when click link and open new tab, the urlbar show about:blank or other about address until the new page connect success, why do not show the click link when open new tab instead about address show in urlbar


Actual results:

if the new URL load very slow, the urlbar will show old url or about:blank, when connect abort , I do not reload the new URL


Expected results:

Immediately show new url in urlbar

It is not Safe Mode
because my network speed slow, so often occur the status
