+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #769341 +++
We are going to use 10.132.0.0/16 and 10.134.0.0/16 for the new AWS regions and they need to access apache at relengweb1.dmz.scl3 to talk to clobberer and tooltool server (at least).
Could you add add those to apache configs, please?
