This worked using yesterday's second nightly build, and was seen during smoketesting today.

Also, this works from the settings app.
Sounds as if Bug 808247 will fix this issue that we are seeing from the home screen.
This is fixed using the latest nightly build - 2012-11-06. Resolving as WFM.
