This is mainly because we're adding an additional feature to this settings detail page, the ability to switch between 2G / 3G networks. The button has to be more general than just "Network Operator" to describe the contents of this page accurately.

Hi, when selecting different network type, the result for "search for network operator in the area" might be different too. Hence it's appropriate to put the two functions on the same page and keep the title "Network operator" as it is. Thank you!
