Was annoyed when I had a new bug for a patch with a long-form description in which I mentioned another bug, and it wouldn't let me do bzexport --new because it spotted an existing bug number.

I probably ought to have a better fix (eg an override flag), but I think this is better at least. And I need to test requesting a reviewer for a different patch. :-)

ugh I accidentally pushed the changesets for Bug 808720 with this bug's bug number (Bug 808270). I'm going to leave it as is but putting this message to easily find the correct bug number for those changesets.
