Consider removing JavaScript-DOM-class, JavaScript-DOM-interface categories as useless code

Details
Nowhere in Mozilla code (mozilla-central or comm-central) are the categories "JavaScript-DOM-class" or "JavaScript-DOM-interface" used. I tried using them for an add-on, but the registration for these categories takes place before chrome.manifest is parsed.
I think therefore these categories represent deprecated and useless code. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Alex, I know this was long ago, but where did you see the categories? I wonder if they are now actually removed.

They do appear to be gone, yes.
