Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0
Build ID: 20121010144125

Steps to reproduce:

I went to this address :

http://www.ilsussidiario.net/News/Calcio-e-altri-Sport/Milan/2012/11/2/AC-MILAN-Non-e-tempo-dei-frame-televisivi-ora-bisogna-pedalare/334371/

then, since I wanted to locate a string in the page, I hit CTRL+F in order to show the search toolbar.

Actual results:

The toolbar did not show. I noticed that I could open another tab, go to another page(or event not setting an url), let THERE appear the search toolbar by hitting CTRL+F, then return to the previous tab and use the search toolbar.

Expected results:

The toolbar should have appeared. Perhaps the page is reallocating the CTRL+F function ?
It works if desabled JavaScript.
Google Chrome is the same behavior, too.

So, This is the site problem.
The bug is reproducible on the latest Nightly, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/19.0 Firefox/19.0, Build ID: 20121105030642.

But it is also reproducible with Opera and Chrome. The search functionality works as expected if JavaScript is disabled, exactly as pointed out by Alice in comment 1.
I have tested this and is still reproducible on any tested browsers(Firefox, Chrome, IE, Opera).
Considering this and the previous 2 comments I am marking this issue as Resolved-INVALID. If you can find a web browser that allows the find functionality on the provided page, please reopen the issue providing more information about it.
