*Environment:
Phone - Otoro
Gaia - 16fda982b02d7279abd1c15b66af25e692d502f3
Gecko - e070197f4c89

*How to reproduce:
1. Unlock the phone
2. Go to contacts
3. Add a contacts with few information
   (In this case, the detailed information of contact would be within a page)
4. Go to the detailed information of selected contact
5. Scroll up and down

*Expected Result:
   Since the detailed information of selected contact should be within a page, nothing should happen.

*Actual Result:
   When you try to scroll up with your finger, the scrolled page/block became white/blank. You can recover it by scroll down with your finger.

It still exists in gaia version a67126c5cf366cc2d635f7f5433a8363a3a93df4.
If you scroll up from the very bottom of it, it will not refresh and turn all white.

It seems to me a gecko regression. Just tested in Otoro with current gaia + yesterday's gecko and can't reproduce it (but I saw it at some point during this week).

Could you please confirm is still happening?
