Details

raise an error if a cron that does some reindexation work tries to do it while the reindex command is running. We also want a --force option. Impacted crons: - update_addon_download_totals - weekly_downloads - update_global_totals - update_addon_average_daily_users - index_latest_stats - index_latest_mkt_stats --settings=settings_local_mkt - update_addons_collections_downloads
