Currently, 4-number-passcode and PIN fields are different, when conceptualy are the same thing. See images attached

SIM PIN can be 4~8 numbers in length so the UI should not be the same as the one of setting passcode. And bug 796726 was filed for the visual design problem.

this is a invalid bug because there are different length between SIM PIN and passcode.
no worry kcliu, you can find a better one!
