Could we get the certificate on -dev for signing packaged apps updated to use the script bsmith added in bug 793876 please? I'll update xpisign to match that change. This will allow us to do end to end testing on -dev.

Updated SIGNED_APPS_KEY on -dev with the path of the pem generated using the bsmith script. Let me know if there are any issues.
