Currently, we always claim to support every version of ActiveSync. This is true right now, but there may come a time where a new version of ActiveSync is released that we don't support yet. That will probably break things in subtle ways. It seems that most ActiveSync servers support multiple versions, so we can just tell them to use an older version that we understand. This entails enhancing the ActiveSync Connection object to accept the versions we support and then specifying those versions in the email app.
