STR:
1. Manually check for updates
2. Update never seems to complete

I tested this with one phone running the 2012-11-02 build. I then reflashed that phone to the 2012-11-04 build.

In both cases, I the update process never finishes.

Update log attached for the most recent attempt which was made using yesterday's nightly build.

I was finally able to update successfully, but it took me many attempts to be able to do so. I finally was able to complete a successful update from yesterday's build to today's over my home wifi network.
