I'm attaching an image to show what I see on windows, latest fx17 beta. Content runs through the border by a couple pixels.
Is this specific to Windows? Each windowing environment uses a different border for the sidebar separator so I'm guessing all are not created equal. For example, on Linux I have a thick gray bar which does not exhibit this bug.

I'm unable to reproduce this in the 11/5/2012 Nightly build, as well as the Firefox 17 beta 4 on Windows 7.
Shane, do you have any better STR?

My mac has a hi-dpi screen (not retina) so perhaps that has something to do with it. I still have the problem on the fx18 beta channel.

fx24 is still affected.

Australis/Fx29 is no longer affected. Have not verified Fx25-28, but it is a small visual glitch so not necessary to follow up.
