This is strictly for prototyping.  nalexander and liuche have discussed using stage AitC servers to store a username and avatar image per Firefox Account, so we can demonstrate a nice "Welcome back to your Firefox" screen.

This ticket is for implementing a client library, ContentProvider, and SyncAdapter for such a service.  This interface will access an Android Firefox Account, exactly as Fennec itself would.
