The Contact us page (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/contact.html) promotes the webmaster@mozilla.org email alias as a valid contact form. This email alias is heavily misused as a support channel and we should remove it from the list to promote the better channels. At the moment the email alias, which primary intention is to help users report issues with our sites, serves as a email support channel where (approximately) 45% of the emails are support related, 45% are spam, 10% are feedback and a marginal percentage is about bugs. We should remove the whole section referring to Website feedback: ---- Web site feedback Email the webmaster with comments about this web site.
