Currently we take the last 3 month of Karma data into account when creating the top contributor list. We should do the same thing for the top 10 and top 25 contributor badges. It seems like they are taking into account all Karma data at this point.
It should be an extra parameter that we pass into the karma manager during the cron job that does these titles.
