On the mock builders, spidermonkey.sh is looking for python in a nonexistent location, so all spidermonkey builds are failing: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=16790850&tree=Mozilla-Inbound

I believe $PATH is now getting set properly for all environments, so avoiding an absolute path here seems safer.
