Steps to reproduce:

I expanded several folders in my bookmarks sidebar.


Actual results:

Ultimately could not access the right-most folders, or even see their names other than a '...', because i can't scroll horizontally in the sidebar.


Expected results:

A scrollbar should show and allow the user to see the right-most bookmarks in full. With horizontal pixels being far more prevalent than vertical in modern computers, the sidebar for bookmarks is a better trade-off than the bookmark toolbar for many people, yet is sadly not functional enough for people with several layers of bookmarks.
