I have worked over an hour with Earthlink trying to fix this problem. We have deleted cookies, caches, histories, and have gone through all the protocols that might have been the problem. We can send/receive on IE, so it's only on FF and it has been only since the last 3 days. I have also tried disabling httpeverywhere, which as loaded during the last 3 days, and that hasn't helped. I have re-downloaded FF and that hasn't helped either. I don't want to use IE, but right now, I don't have a choice. Is there anything you can do to help me as I really only want to use FF.

I have resolved this and input it here over 2 weeks ago, but not showing up. Thank so much for your help.
I cannot send from earthlink webmail using firefox 59.0.3 64 bit. Sending works from Chrome. Have tried safemode while clearing cache (cookies and history dumped automatically when closing browser). Cleared site data also, just for good luck!
