There are a couple of strings that remain in English because they were not enclosed in l10n calls, the <title> tag for the 2 pages and the title for the main page which is the same as the one for Faq. Since the title for the main page is already enclosed and translated for some locales, let's just include the lang file for the faq into the main page so as to not reextract the string.
