Details

Tapping in the URL bar causes the soft keyboard to appear. I believe clicking in the URL bar should also cause the soft keyboard to appear.
Windows 8 displays the touch keyboard for touch input only. Our current behavior is consistent with other apps. In fact, I'm pretty sure we *can't* display the touch keyboard except in response to touchscreen input: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh465404.aspx#user-driven_invocation
