Settings > Cellular & Data > Data Connection is not responsive: when I tap on it to enable it (after the phone has been reset) it does not provide any feedback, and the UI widget get toggled a few seconds later. I under that the toggle effectively happen when the data connection is actually up, but then we should have an intermediate state to provide user feedback.

I don't see this -- the UI widget never toggles for me, no matter how many times I press it or how long I wait.

I did find a workaround, however -- if I slide down the notification-bar from the top of the screen and hit the uparrow/downarrow button, then *that* toggles the Data Connection widget.  That uparrow/downarrow button appears to be a (functioning) alias for the Data Connection slider.  The slider itself (in the settings menu) is currently read-only, from my experience.

I'm using latest stable dogfood build, Build Identifier 20121115145434.

I verified that this bug is fixed on Unagi build 20130103070201.

However due to this bug not actually mentioning which device this is for, I'll let a dev set this to Verified if the Unagi is the intended device.
