STR: 1. Hold down your phone's power button for a second, to make the menu appear with: Turn On Airplane Mode Silence Incoming Calls Restart Power Off 2. Press and hold one of the buttons. --> Button turns blue, indicating that it'll be activated when you let go. 3. Now pretend you've changed your mind. Move your finger off of the button (still touching the screen all the while) EXPECTED RESULTS: The button you pressed in (2) should go back to a gray background, since you're no longer pressing it. ACTUAL RESULTS: The button keeps its blue background, making you think it's going to activate when you let go. (but it doesn't, thankfully) My Android phone's UI gives EXPECTED RESULTS on analogous buttons. My b2g dogfooding phone gives ACTUAL RESULTS.

This also affects buttons in dialogs ("OK"/"Cancel") and the buttons in the browser settings (Clear History / Clear Private Data). I think it's just a bug in our button-widget implementation in general.
Summary: "Restart" / "Power Off" / etc. buttons should become un-highlighted when you drag your finger off of them → Buttons should become un-highlighted when you drag your finger off of them (since they're no longer active)
