Can't connect to SSID Mozilla-G

Hi,
jcho@ can't connect to Mozilla-G (Her laptop can't see Mozilla)
Every time she typein her ldap credential, it ends of popping out a window asking username and password again and again.
Her password should be right for she can sign-in Zimbra with the same password.
Also I can user her laptop to connect to Mozilla-G with my own ldap credential, so the hardware issue should be ruled out.
Any idea? Thanks in advanced.
ps: The OS is windows 7
