809839 - Missing update snippets for localized builds (e.g. fr) for latest Nightly

As discovered again on bug 808550 we do not offer update snippets for at least the french locale on Linux. Not sure which other locales and platforms are affected.

The update snippet is correct now. Looks like the test was initiated before the build was finished. File timestamps show 9:52 PT, it's later then the bug was filed.

If that's the case the pulse message has been sent out too early. It really has to be sent when the build has been finished. I will attach the full buildconsumer notification.

Interestingly I can see two messages which came in for this build:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 mozauto mozauto 32975 Nov  7 15:42 log/mozilla-central/20121107045842_firefox_fr_linux64_build.mozilla-central-linux64-l10n-nightly.2104.finished.log

-rw-rw-r-- 1 mozauto mozauto 32983 Nov  8 02:55 log/mozilla-central/20121107045842_firefox_fr_linux64_build.mozilla-central-linux64-l10n-nightly.2151.finished.log

Checking both messages in detail I can see that the first message was for the update from 121106 -> 121107, but the second message is the one which was failing. That one offered an update to the same localized build. So it's clearly a dupe of bug 805812.
