Animated gifs, when specified to repeat only once, loop forever regardless of
how they are saved in the image editor.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.view image
Actual Results: the animation loops forever, and it should not on this
particular image.
Expected Results: repeat only once.

dupe of bug 75828, should be fixed as of May 10th, works for me on win98
2001-05-15-06-trunk. Try with a newer build?
