When a reviewer changes compatibility we should log it show it shows up in their app log. For example, for the activity app: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/allow/activity/ This is pretty much a 1 line change while doing bug 809929 ID: US-Reviewer-Review-003 spec: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z5hIHGRCGD2fqOVpX-SML6NzURqKygoaD8FQ3B-ehPg/edit
