User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Build ID: 20121024073032 Steps to reproduce: Verified Pop & SMTP settings and password are correct. Keeps getting as far as connecting to pop3, then nothing. Actual results: No error messages on screen, no messages sent or received.

Yes but Thunderbird changed whilst you upgraded and they might now block it.

Do you still see this in version 17 or newer? If not, please close by setting status to resolved, and resolution to worksforme. If it fails, please supply additional information. Thanks
