Details

It seems like short studies (shorter than a day) can go from pending to finished. It seems like the end time is calculated when the study is first acknowledged by Test Pilot, but the user doesn't get notified unless the timers fire at just the right time. (The long timer once a day and the short timer if it's the first since restarting.)
