810024 - Remove BootToGecko Gaia Apps Management component, add BootToGecko Gaia Settings, BootToGecko Gaia System, BootToGecko Gaia Homescreen

Update on Gaia bugzilla management - I received feedback that having an apps management component does not make sense in the context of Gaia. I have moved the bugs out of that component into Gaia General. I received feedback that we should instead create BootToGecko Gaia Settings, BootToGecko Gaia System, BootToGecko Homescreen as components instead. In short, the actions to do then are:

- Remove the BootToGecko Gaia::Apps Management component
- Add BootToGecko Gaia::Settings
- Add BootToGecko Gaia::Homescreen
- Add BootToGecko Gaia::System

Sorry for the churn here. We're currently working through the kinks of getting the bugzilla process effective and manageable.

Bugs related to Gaia's Settings app.

Gaia::Homescreen

Bugs related to Gaia's Homescreen app that should focus on issues involving the different grids of icons.

Gaia::System

Bugs related to any piece of Gaia's system app, which includes - window management, wrapper logic for everything.me, notifications, dialogs, etc.

The component Gaia::Settings has been created.

there are were still 11 bugs in that component.  i moved the resolved bugs to general, and the one open bug to gaia::homescreen.

The component Gaia::Apps Management has been deleted.
