Telemetry dashboard start silently failing and displaying blank data. We should extend the logout timeout as much as possible.
In the case we get logged out, reloading the webpage is probably a good way to handle the error. Blank histograms are confusing.

Marking as Telemetry P2 as this is a daily issue hit by Taras and others but has an easy work around.

Annie - Priority is already set as P2. Let's add this to our dependent on resources list for Q4.

Session timeout was previously adjusted. New work will involve building a more intelligent session timeout that notifies the user of a pending log-out.
