Used Win 05-15-09-trunk build

hang when accessing a migrated IMAP SSL w/o user certificate mail account

Steps:
1) Setup an IMAP mail account w/SSL connection & without user certificate from 
4.76
2) Migrate to mojo
3) Actual Results: hang occurs for a while, didn't display alret & couldn't read 
mail from mojo IMAP account.

Expected Results: Should display an alert on mojo if users do not setup the user 
certificate from 4.76 and migrate this IMAP account to mojo.

It is probably just too slow, I can view my mail now...
Removing hang from the summary & keywords.
But still didn't display "No User Certificate" alert on mojo, 
updating the summary.

->WONTFIX since 4.x migation has been dropped on trunk. 

If one has an overwhelming need to see this fixed on branch, please attach a patch and reopen the bug.  Also, evaluate whether the issue is a bug or an enhancement request and adjust severity accordingly.
filter bugmail for "4.xmidrop" to delete these messages.
