I will need level 1 "committers" access to get NFC code into the DOM tree of FirefoxOS (git repository)
Modify code into gonk-misc, gaia, gecko, B2G.
There may be other bugs in mozilla-central to complete/check-in.

Garner, you'll need to submit a signed agreement form per http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/. However, your description isn't clear - level 1 access will not allow you to commit code in mozilla-central, only access the tryserver. Which are you asking for?
