## Environment :
Otoro phone, build 2012-11-09
Build info:
* gaia master: revision= 18107c6961b8c3f559c82fc7be8ba411c4a67c28
* gecko aurora revision= 6735d6d13751
## Repro :
1. In Settings -> Device Information -> More Information, press Reset Phone button
## Expected:
* The FTU app will be launched after reboot
## Actual:
* FTU app won't be launched
## Note:
* According to Bug 803101, FTU app has been landed
update, gaia revision is a9e28710cb2f1f68576986c5e348d990a2514ee0
