It be great to have better status than "not ready"/"ready" and "not started"/"started".

This is kindof implemented with the ready state in bug 810397. It adds a "status" field that can contain arbitrary text, and is set to "Pending" when it's marked as ready, and "Started" after release runner successfully starts it.

I added more states here, and bug 819084 tracks even more in depth logging. I'm calling this fixed.
