Details
Right now, it's hard to avoid code duplication in WebAPI tests, since the tests have no mechanism to import common code. When bug 805838 is fixed, this will be possible, and the tests should be refactored at that time to place common code in importable modules.

Cleaning up Device Interfaces component, and mass-marking old FxOS bugs as incomplete. If any of these bugs are still valid, please let me know.
