Steps:

1. Try to make a call without any cellphone service

Expected:

We should report an error immediately indicating that the call cannot be made, as you do not have cellphone service.

Actual:

A whitescreen immediately flashes and then you return back to the dialer with no phone number specified. This feels quite awkward - we really should be providing the "correct" user feedback here and not throw up an unintentional white screen with no error feedback.

The white screen was fixed about 14 hours ago and the dialog fix is in review!
