81053 - Address Book card is broken

Description

Linux (2001-05-15-05 trunk)
Win32 (2001-05-15-06 trunk)
steps:
1. Open Address Book
2. Expand the Personal Address Book
3. Select a card from the right pane
4. click on Edit
Actual result: a small dialog comes up with only the OK and Cancel buttons
No other card data is available
On Linux, when I drag the dialog larger, it is blank 
On Win32, I cannot drag it larger.
Unable to test Mac due to crash.

Mac crashes when bringing up Address Book, the IM with dialog box causes crashes
bugscape bug 4910.

fresh linux CVS build does not have this bug.

This is still a problem with the linux build 2001-05-16.  Still checking mac and 
win.  I can't test HTML format with this broken, I need to use the 5-14 builds 
so I can edit the cards to run my tests.  Please fix this.

I take that back.  Now the Address book is working on the 5-16 builds.  When I 
first launched the build on Linux, I checked the address book card because I 
needed that to work to use the build.  It was broken, but now after relaunching 
it's OK.  Checking windows and mac now with 5-16 build.
