Picture showing button and scrollbar

STR:

0: New profile
1: Open lots of tabs (hold down CTRL-T long enough to need to scroll through in "List all tabs": probably 50)

Scrolling down scrolls moves the scrollbar up. It should go down with scrolling. If you don't see the scrollbar, it may appear after scrolling to the other end.

Tested with:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:19.0) Gecko/19.0 Firefox/19.0
browser.startup.homepage_override.buildID 20121106030712
This is not a scrollbar. It marks the tabs that are currently visibly in the tab bar.

I must admit by looking at the screenshot it's really confusing on Mac, maybe we should file a bug to get a better theming, or do we have one already?
