81067 - "crop" attribute on <tab> does not work

I am using standard M0.9 for linux6.2. 

Assume using Classic theme, then 
<tab label="this is a long tab label" crop="right"/> won't work. But I think it 
will be better if we can have this option available. 

The fixes are in 2 places.

This will produce the kind tab that will auto shrink and expand while re-
sizing.
