colour of tabs ignores system-wide settings
Expected results:
tabs should use system-wide settings, like other parts of interface

bulwersator, please be more specific about the settings you made. What where your exact setting? Where were they set?

I changed colour scheme
rightclick on desktop -> Personalize -> Window Color (selected from menu on the button) -> changed to grey (additionally: disabled transparency and reduced brightness)

This behavior is by design. It is the same in Chrome, and even in IE 10.
