If plain English were allowed in bug submission, I would have typed that I'm using TB 15 on Ubuntu 10.04 and that, often, I click Edit>paste or equivalent and nothing happens. Only on the second time will the paste be done. Repeat: it's not a question of the window being in focus or not, it occurs with Edit>paste.

This bug has nothing to do with bug 789569.
I do not mention complete lines with EOL.
Bug 789569 does not say "sometimes".
The frequency of this bug might depend on the load of the system.
