AppUpdates-005	As a user, I want the system to check that there is enough storage before beginning to download apps, so that I can avoid "not enough storage" errors.
Confirmed with product teams, not blocking the release for this requirement.
What happens when the user tries to download content and there's not enough room on either device or removable storage?
Let's add Brendan to this bug so even if this is non-blocking they can upstream a fix to pdf.js.
