Looks like OTA fails in a path where Gaia doesn't get an update-error mozChromeEvent. Investigating...

Note that this is probably going to be easier to debug once bug 809307 lands.
David, quick question: on the download prompt when launching the update(s), was it just a system update or system+some apps?
I think we need a better indicator. One could use the adb logcat to see how far it's progressing, having said that, an end user shouldn't have to do that to see how far the download has gotten.
