Steps to reproduce:
1. Tap on URL Bar and type anything
2. Switch device to landscape

Expected result: 
Show search suggestions for Google popup is fully displayed.

Actual result:
Just half or less of the Google suggestions request popup is displayed (see attached screenshots)

Notes:
This issue is reproducible for the following IMEs: Swype, OpenWnn plus and Google Pinyin.
